Technologies Enterprises was registered with the
Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with Registration No.
100,916 as an Enterprise for the particular purpose
of IT Solutions Provisioning, Technical Support and Services.
The company may be referred to legally as Bosa's Technologies
Enterprises; and the adjective Bosa's would be
acceptable where defined with the preceding word Bosa
(which may include 's' without an apostrophe) and
in such case would be referred to legally as Bosa
Technologies or Bosa Technologies Enterprises, BTE
or Bosa Tech. Ent. All such definitions would infer the
duly registered business name Bosa's Technologies Enterprises.
