We provide 7 (seven) Product Support packages. Below are the features of each package:

Basic Class

The Basic Class Support plan is for individuals or groups who make use of a complete set of multimedia (television or radio set), data processing (computer), electronic based project equipment, etc. The features include:

  • Support for 1 - 5 Equipments (@ 5% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=5,000 for equipments

  • 1 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=5,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 1 person per month)
 

Starter Class

The Starter Class Support plan is for groups who manage a few sets of multimedia (television or radio set), data processing (computer), electronic based project equipment, etc. The features include:

  • Support for 5 - 10 Equipments (@ 4.5% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=7,000 for equipments

  • 2 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=7,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 2 people per month)
 

Standard Class

The Standard Class Support plan is for work group teams who make use of networked equipments in a small workgroup which may include some terminal equipment, server, etc. The features include:

  • Support for 10 - 35 Equipments (@ 4% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=18,000 for equipments

  • 5 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=18,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 5 people per month)
 

Business Class

The Business Class Support plan is for large groups or companies who make use of a large network of multimedia, data processing or terminal equipment which may include world class international business machines. The features include:

  • Support for 35 - 60 Equipments (@ 3.5% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=42,000 for equipments

  • 12 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=42,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 12 people per month)
 

Professional Class

The Professional Class Support plan is for groups, organizations or companies who make wide use of equipments which may be networked, governed by a central terminal or network server with regional capabilities. The features include:

  • Support for 60 - 150 Equipments (@ 3% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=100,000 for equipments

  • 25 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=100,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 25 people per month)
 

Executive Class

The Executive Class Support plan is for groups, organizations or companies who make wide use of equipments governing sub-networks maybe for an ISP or corporate internet services subscriber. The features include:

  • Support for 150 - 1000 Equipments (@ 2.5% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=150,000 for equipments

  • 40 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=150,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 40 people per month)
 

Enterprise Class

The Enterprise Class Support plan is for companies, large groups or corporations who make wide use of networked equipments governing networks maybe for an ISP or a sub-network of Hardware/Software or Internet Service Providers. The features include:

  • Support for 1000 Equipments and above (@ 2% of products cost)

  • Minimum Deposit of =N=250,000 for equipments

  • 65 Support Personnel Assigned for duty

Price of Plan: =N=250,000 min. + *(mobilization fee for 65 people per month)
